Yarn Haul Guarantee

At YarnHaul.com, we’re doing business differently.

When you’re ordering yarn in bulk, trust matters. You want to know the yarn has been checked properly, packed properly, and that if something ever does go wrong, you’re not left on your own.

That’s why every Yarn Haul order goes through an inspection process based on AQL standards before it leaves the factory.

We check for things like weight, color consistency, joins & knots, damage, missing dye, weak points and overall quality.

But we’ll always be honest - no business, factory or courier is perfect.

Even with the best checks in place, sometimes things can and do happen during production, packing or delivery. When they do, we’ve got you covered.

In our last 500 orders, covering around 43,000 skeins, we have refunded or replaced 128 skeins.

That works out at around 0.3% error rate.

We’re proud of that, but we’re not complacent. We’ll always keep improving, keep tightening our checks, and keep working toward better.

And most importantly, if there’s ever a genuine problem with your order, our policy is simple:

We’ll put it right.

That’s the Yarn Haul guarantee.

Lower prices. Real support.

That’s how bulk-buy yarn should be.

For USA customers - we have a dedicated distributor Knotical Knots & Throws Chris Wilhoite for orders below 40 Skeins. Additionally, all returns and replacements will now be handled directly within the USA, no waiting for replacements from China.

For Canadian customers, we’re actively seeking a distributor for this service.

Thank you for your continued support.
